The Choir CCA aims to instil in pupils a love for singing and performing and equip pupils with vocal and singing techniques through a range of traditional, cultural and popular songs. Under the guidance of our instructor, Ms Ong Chiak Yin, our pupils hone their choral skills and expand their repertoire of songs. They also acquire basic knowledge of music theory and score reading.

Throughout the year, pupils will be given opportunities to perform and showcase their talents at school and external events, such as the annual President’s Charity Art Exhibition, ABRSM Choral Singing Examinations, Singapore Youth Festival, WRPS STARS Nite etc. As our pupils work towards a common goal, they will also gain self-confidence and develop teamwork and resilience – qualities that are salient in the development of their characters.
