Overview:
Music Turns Effort Into Beauty – Join Brass Band! 🎺
The WRPS Brass Band offers members a wonderful opportunity to learn a musical instrument and grow their passion for music. With guidance from instructors, teachers and senior band members, students develop their instrument-playing skills while learning discipline, responsibility and teamwork.
Through regular practices, students build resilience as they work to improve their skills and show care by supporting and learning from one another. They also enjoy making music together and forming strong friendships along the way.
Band members have opportunities to perform at various school events such as National Day Concerts, WRPS Celebrates and the WRPS 20th Anniversary Carnival. They also take part in community events like Community Outreach @ Kampung Admiralty and national events such as Project #JalanJalan. These valuable performance experiences help prepare students for the biennial Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentations.
We warmly encourage students to join the WRPS Brass Band and be part of a vibrant musical community!
